Do you ever struggle with staying consistent in your business?
I remember becoming overwhelmed by all the problems and stuff that had to be done.
There was anxiety, stress, and overwhelm. The more I pursued my goals the louder it became.
Is something wrong with me? Maybe I should just slow down, pull back, lower my expectations...
Then I'd be thinking, "why can't I be more consistent?"
How is it that some people just seem to be so consistent at growing their business and I'm over here struggling my ass off?
Where focus goes, energy flows.
And my focus was off...
In this short video, I'm going to share with you the #1 focus shift that made me and the clients I work with more consistent and energized!
It's so simple but not common practice.
Goals aren't a place to get to, they are a place to come from.

What's your relationship with setting big goals in your business?
There's magic in thinking big--but bigger isn't always better.
Far too often, I'd sit down at the beginning of the year and set some BIG goals.
A month into the year, I'd look at my goals.
"Damn, how am I going to get there?"
It's kind of funny because in January when I wrote them out I was jacked!
I start to realize how busy I am, limited on resources, and time.
"Well, maybe I'm just overextended, maybe I should renegotiate with myself what I can get done this year..."
I was suffering from short-term goal-setting without answering this fundamental and powerful question first.
"What did I want to be the best at?"
It wasn't another S.M.A.R.T goal or three-year plan that I lacked.
It was knowing what I really wanted and committing myself to create it. (no matter how long it took)
Research has proven there is and it can increase your chances of success by 66%!
This simple practice can be a game-changer if you're a parent, leader, or influencer.
If how you show up, how you manage your energy, and where your focus goes on a given day is key to your results...Then this will make a BIG difference!

How often do you set a goal? But it's...
"I know what I want but I just don't know how to get there," a client recently told me.
It makes perfect sense that you'd be reluctant to take action when you're unsure if it'll even work.
With so much to do already, it's understandable that you're reluctant to experiment with taking actions toward new goals.
On the other side of this uncertainty, however, you might just find the answer. Anything worth doing takes a little bit of faith.
Faith means letting go of outcomes and choosing to take steps into the dark unknown to find your proof--your answers.
In this video, I show you the four words that every successful person has absolute clarity in. Start here, apply some faith to the equation, and you might just be amazed at how much influence you have to create the results you desire.
It makes sense that life can feel like a grind. The bigger the goal the more intense the struggle will be, right?
There's so much we'll have to do to accomplish our goal, we're going to have to make some sacrifices, and it's going to a grind...
No wonder most new year's resolutions fail every year!
Big goals require great determination and willpower, you think to yourself. Do you have what it takes?
I'm thinking that you do, and it will require much less willpower than you think it will.
Not all goals require discipline. And in this video, I break down the limits of willpower so that you can achieve more this new year!
Here's what we'll be covering in the workshop:
So, what do you do when you don't know what to do?
Ever had that icky "I'm stuck" feeling, where you just don't know what to do?
It would make sense that it's a difficult question to answer. You have choices, but that's part of the problem, right?
There are so many choices and options it can feel overwhelming and the pressure to choose the "right" choice can be paralyzing.
So what then are you to do?
In this video, I share some new but simple strategies you can apply right now to get some clarity on this very question.
0:01 - The "doing" dilemma - why do we get stuck on this question in the first place?
4:28 - The do more to be more trap
5:00 - Know your values and shift your perspective
7:04 - What you're really after is a specific feeling, what is it?
11:15 - Where are the gaps in your life that are creating the dissatisfaction?
12:20 - To BE or not to be, that's the question...that lead's to clarity.
As we get ready for the new year, many of us start to think about setting goals.
How did this year go for you?
Sometimes too many goals get set and none of them get accomplished. Other times, the goal is just to survive.
Maybe there's a season of life you're going through like welcoming a new baby into the world, buying a new home, and starting a new job. During these times it's normal to set aside our goals and instead the focus is on just getting through it all.
But you're here reading, so it's safe to assume you're a high-achiever and goals are on your mind.
